Our vision

Software got good at filling a room once. The week after is what it mostly left alone — who came, who stopped coming, and whether there is a reason to be there again on Tuesday.

We are building it with the people who run those evenings. conpeo starts in Düsseldorf with a founding group of hosts, who set their format up with the founder and have a say before the roadmap sets. That is the method rather than a phase: build the next thing for someone already standing in the room.

My mother taught me early to walk up to people. Be open, be friendly, introduce them to each other.

During my apprenticeship I built Lunch Buddy: an app that set colleagues up for lunch and coffee. Not to chat. To turn up.

conpeo is the same idea, outside the company. For anyone with a place where people come together, who wants them to come back.
