2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA) with data processing in EU-Frankfurt. On page request, technical connection data (IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested URL) are processed briefly for security and availability purposes. These data are not analyzed.
3. Waitlist
When you join our waitlist, we process the following data: — Email address (required) — Interest type (Participant or Business Operator) — City/region (optional) — Time of consent Purpose: single notification at Conpeo platform launch. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). Data location: Supabase (Region Frankfurt, EU).
4. Proof of consent
To provide proof of your validly given consent, we store at the time of your registration your IP address, your browser user-agent, and the version number of the consent text. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in evidentiary documentation).
5. Retention period
Your waitlist data is stored for a maximum of 24 months from your registration or until your withdrawal — whichever comes first. After expiry, the data is deleted.
6. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent for processing your data for waitlist purposes at any time. Send an informal email to datenschutz@conpeo.eu, stating your email address. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools.
