conpeo at a glance

Who conpeo is for, what it costs and where we work, on one page.

As of 29 September 2026.

What conpeo is

What it is for
conpeo is software for hosts who want to turn one-time buyers into returning buyers through recurring offline formats.
Brand line
The Home of Modern Third Places
Tagline
The cultural belonging engine for brands and boutique studios; turning guests into regulars.

Who it is for

Brands
Founder-led brands that sell directly to their customers and keep a purchase history per customer. They run recurring offline formats, or want to. The typical case is a label with its own drops. Curated retail with its own commerce counts too.
Studios
Boutique studios with one location: reformer Pilates first, then yoga, barre and boutique fitness.
One city
Both are in one city, with at most one site their customers visit. A recurring format in another city counts as a second city.

What it costs

conpeo Room
€99 a month plus VAT, cancellable monthly. A year costs €990 plus VAT: ten months paid, two free.
conpeo Studio
Running the same format in more than one city? That is conpeo Studio. It has no published price. Talk to us.
Founding host 2026
Founding hosts get in-person setup with the founder, a direct line, and a first season that shapes what ships next. The price is the same as for every host. Founding year runs until 31 December 2026.
Payment
Nothing is paid on conpeo.eu.

What it does

  • Every visit is counted at the door.
  • Regular status is earned visit by visit.
  • The member list belongs to the host.
  • Hosts see which regulars are going quiet, while there is time to act.
  • Hosts give perks to their regulars, with a single-use code for each attendee who has consented.
  • There is no feed and no ranking algorithm.
