Conpeo vs Eversports: do you need both?

Eversports Manager is studio management software: class schedule, online booking and payment, memberships, check-in and customer management. Conpeo is not booking software. It is built only for the people who keep coming: regulars by name, who stopped coming, and perks for them.

Short answer. Eversports runs the transaction. Conpeo runs the reason they stay. If Eversports' e-mails and discount codes cover what you want for your regulars, you do not need Conpeo. If you want regulars named and thanked in person, run Conpeo beside it.

The booking versus the regular

Eversports runs the booking. Customers book and pay online, memberships are debited automatically, and full classes get a waitlist with push notifications. The plan is set by bookings per month.

Conpeo starts after the booking. It does not take bookings or payments, and it does not replace your booking system. It names your regulars and shows who came every week and then stopped.

E-mails versus recognition in person

Eversports helps studios win back customers by e-mail. Its Help Center describes automated e-mails to inactive customers, a birthday message, and a follow-up after a first visit. The newsletter tool is a paid extension, Communication, at €5 to €50 a month by number of contactable customers. Eversports also offers discount codes and vouchers.

Conpeo thanks the regular at the studio. A guest earns regular status visit by visit and collects a perk in person, at your counter. If you sell on Shopify, Conpeo issues one single-use code per guest, and Shopify reports back the order and what it was worth.

One app versus two

Eversports has its own app and a marketplace where new customers find studios. It connects to aggregators such as Urban Sports Club, ClassPass and Wellhub.

Conpeo has its own check-in at the door. It does not read your Eversports bookings, so with both, guests check in on Conpeo separately from their booking.

Pricing

Eversports Manager. Five plans, priced by bookings per month. The smallest, Light, covers up to 49 bookings a month with basic features and costs €49 a month billed yearly, or €59 billed monthly. Prices exclude VAT, plus a one-time €99 setup. Payment-provider transaction fees may apply. Larger plans cost more.

Conpeo. Room costs €99 a month, or €990 a year paid up front, both plus VAT. Every format is included. The Shopify add-on costs €399 a month, plus a share of the value of orders placed with its codes.

Choose Eversports if

• You need a booking system: schedule, online payment, memberships and passes.
